Vosgienne Salad, smoked belly of pork, slow-cooked egg (oeuf parfait), croutons, potatoes - 17 €

Pot au Feu stew terrine, celeriac puree seasoned with horse radish, crisp young salad leaves - 19 €

Vol au Vent, shoulder of veal confit and slow-cooked fillet of chicken served in a cream sauce with a citrus twist - 26 €  

Braised chuck steak prepared like a beef bourguignon with all the trimmings - 29 €

Pike quenelle, sautéed young spinach leaves, creamy beurre blanc sauce with a citrus twist - 26€

Creamy risotto with freshly picked pan-fried mushrooms, matured parmesan - 19€
